Registrations open for Fiorino Mud 2026: the 400 km gravel back to its roots

Registrations are now open for Fiorino Mud 2026: 400 km of gravel riding in Tuscany, from Florence to the Maremma coast at PuntAla and back. Two stages, 6,900 m elevation gain, 26–27 September. Sign up now.

Registrations for Fiorino Mud 2026 are officially open. This year the event makes a bold, clear-cut choice: one single distance, the most adventurous of all. The 400 km Florence – PuntAla – Florence, for those who refuse to settle for less.

The heart of the adventure beats once again where it all began: start and finish at the Società Canottieri Firenze, sitting on the banks of the Arno just steps from the Ponte Vecchio. An iconic, unrepeatable setting from which to launch a journey through the most hidden corners of Tuscany — gravel roads, forests, the hills of Siena, the Maremma and the sea at PuntAla.

Two stages, one unforgettable adventure

Fiorino Mud 400 unfolds over two stages across a weekend of pure cycling challenge. On Saturday, riders leave the heart of Florence heading south towards the Maremma, finishing at PuntAla Camp & Resort. On Sunday, the journey continues at dawn, heading north to close the loop back in the city.

The route crosses four provinces and the most authentic face of Tuscany: from the Valdarno landscapes to the Sienese crete, from the Maremma to the sea. Not a race — a journey inward through the most beautiful region in Italy.

"Fiorino Mud is not a race. It is an inner journey through the dazzling beauty of a nature outside of time."

No bikepacking: we take care of your bag

One of the most appreciated features of the event returns in 2026: no bikepacking. The organisation handles luggage transfer to PuntAla. Upon arrival in the Maremma, every participant will find a single tent already set up and waiting — to rest and recharge before the return stage.

That way, riders can focus on the only thing that matters: pedalling and living the adventure to the fullest.
